Rental Application

Our rental application is completely electronic, and you can apply online for any of our vacant units. Please visit the Current Rental Listings tab to see our current inventory. Once you have found a property you wish to apply for, click ‘Apply Now’ on the rental listing. Please review the below instructions before accessing the online application.

1) Completely fill out application (every adult 18 years and older that will be living in the unit, is required to complete an application.)

2) Pay $30.00 non-refundable screening fee, per application.

3) Provide copy of driver’s license

4) Provide proof of income (ie: pay stubs, W-2, current tax return, any other document to prove monthly income.)

5) We will not process incomplete applications.

6) Application process takes 48-72 hours depending on how quickly verification with landlords may take.

1) Leaseholders must be 18 years old or older.
2) Joint gross monthly income must be 3 times the rental amount.
3) You MUST have good prior rental history. (5 years history to be provided)
4) You must have good credit. (you might be able to use guarantor if credit is limited or has some issues)
5) Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License.

1) All Almond Blossom Properties rentals are non-smoking rental properties. No smoking is allowed inside any unit, at any time.

2) We do not accept cash payments except for screening fees. Checks and money orders only.

3) Almond Blossom Properties policies only allow 2 people per bedroom.

4) Full security deposit amounts are due at release of keys. No exceptions!
