We offer a very comprehensive service to our rental property owners! We start by making sure we find you a quality tenant through proper screening and strict qualifications. Then, we’ll take care of rent collections, any bills you would like us to pay, maintenance requests, full accounting reports, and owner draw payments.

We take care of all tenant paperwork, including a very detailed move-in inspection report, and once your tenant is ready to move out we’ll be there to make sure they leave it like they found it! We try to make your rental management experience as stress free as possible for a low percentage based rate, with no minimum fees!

How it works:

In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system that communicates with your email. Each time you wish to view your statements, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single- use link that you can use to view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will expire after the first time you use it.
